Sunday Club

The club meets at 11.00am on alternate Sundays from mid September to mid July and provides Christian education for children up to the age of twelve. Please see the Sunday Club page for up-to-date information.

Prayer Group

The group meet at 9.30 every Saturday morning in the Vestry to pray for our church, our town and any other pressing matters.


The choir meet on Thursday evenings at 6.00pm for practice ready to lead the congregation on a Sunday. We do take short breaks so please check the events page

Pastoral Care Group

Members of the group regularly visit some of the elderly and housebound in the congregation to offer them friendship and support.

Carpet Bowls Club

The club meets every Monday at 1.45pm from September to April.

Keep Fit Club

The club meets at 10.00am on Tuesdays from October to the end of May.

Walking Group

The group meet at 7.00pm every Thursday during the summer and then at 2.00pm during the winter months (with a short break for Christmas) providing fellowship during gentle walks. For details please check the events page

Work Party

This group meets at 1.30pm on alternate Thursdays in a member's home offering friendship as the ladies knit and sew articles to be sold for church funds or donated to charities.

Trefoil Guild

The aims of the Trefoild Guild includes carrying the spirit of Guiding & Scouting into the communities where members live. They meet in Wallace Green on the second Friday of every month from 7.15pm until 9pm except for August. They usually have a very interesting speaker or may go out for a meal or other outing. Church of Scotland Guild

With around 30,000 members, the Church of Scotland Guild is one of Scotland's largest voluntary organisations.  Although women make up the bulk of our membership, increasingly, men are becoming members and taking active roles at local and national levels. The Guild invites and encourages women and men to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and enables them to express their faith in Worship, Prayer and Action.

There is no Guild currently meeting at St Andrew's Wallace Green.
